Micro-Emulsion Metalworking Fluid Additive Package-Jeelube MWF 0050 CONC

This product is a performance additive package compounded with anionic and non‑ionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and high‑performance additives. It is specially used for formulating semi‑synthetic metalworking fluids. This concentrate already contains base oil and biocide components. End‑users only need to dilute it with water in proportion to obtain ready‑to‑use working fluid.

• Excellent rust‑preventing performance provides enhanced protection for workpieces and machine tools.

• It does not emulsify tramp oil; tramp oil floats on the top of emulsion for easy remova.

• Good detergency performance with low residue.

• Good anti‑foaming property without overflow risk.

• This product contains no chlorine, zinc or heavy metals.

• Jeelube MWF 0050 conc micro‑emulsion additive package is suitable for machining ferrous metals such as cast iron and carbon steel.

• Applicable to various machining operations, including turning, milling, drilling and grinding.

   Grinding:4‑8%

   General machining:6‑10%

   Heavy‑duty machining:10‑15%.
