Jeelube OGO CONC is a compound additive for a series of open gear oils. It’s brown in color, with an addition rate of 16.5%. Polyether Synthetic Gear Oil Compound Additive- Jeelube PG CONC 3
Jeelube PG CONC3 is a composite additive for a series of polyether synthetic gear oils. It’s slightly yellow in appearance and should be added at 5%. When blending it with polyether gear oil, it needs to be added together with Jeelube PG CONC1 at 0.5% and Jeelube PG CONC2 at 1.1%. The finished product blended with polyether oil has excellent load-carrying capacity and high-temperature stability (compared to other types of gear oils). It’s suitable for situations where ordinary gear oils can’t meet the operating conditions, like high temperature, low speed, or heavy load. This product series also offers outstanding high-temperature and oxidation stability, along with excellent anti-rust performance (compared to other polyether gear oils).
Polyether Synthetic Gear Oil Additive-Jeelube PG CONC 2
Jeelube PG CONC2 is an additive for a series of polyether synthetic gear oils. It comes as a white powder solid, and the recommended addition rate is 1.1%. When adding it, first mix part of the polyether base oil and heat it to 90°C. Once dissolved, immediately add the rest of the polyether base oil and stir to mix. (It can also be pre-dissolved together with Jeelube PG CONC1 by stirring and heating with the polyether base oil.) When Jeelube PG CONC1, Jeelube PG CONC2, and Jeelube PG CONC3 are all added and blended with polyether, the final product has excellent load-carrying performance and high-temperature stability compared to other types of gear oils. It's suitable for conditions where regular gear oils can’t meet the requirements, like high temperature, low speed, heavy load, and so on. This series of products also shows outstanding high-temperature and oxidation stability, as well as excellent rust prevention capabilities compared to other polyether gear oils.
