Jeelube PG CONC1- Additives for polyether synthetic gear oil
Jeelube PG CONC1 is an additive for a series of polyether synthetic gear oils. It appears as a white flake solid, and the recommended addition amount is 0.5%. When adding, first mix part of the polyether base oil and heat it to 90°C. Once dissolved, immediately add the rest of the polyether base oil and stir to mix. (It can also be pre-dissolved together with Jeelube PG CONC2 by stirring and heating with the polyether base oil.) When Jeelube PG CONC1, Jeelube PG CONC2, and Jeelube PG CONC3 are all added and blended with polyether, the final product has excellent load resistance and high-temperature stability (compared to other types of gear oils). It's used in situations where regular gear oil performance can’t meet the working conditions, such as high temperature, low speed, and heavy load. This series of products also features outstanding high-temperature and oxidation stability, as well as excellent anti-rust capabilities (compared to other polyether gear oils).
Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Oil Addictive Pakage(HFDU)
Jeelube HP 303A(FR) is a fire-resistant hydraulic oil additive package classified under the HFDU series according to DIN 51502, ISO 12922, and ISO 6743. When compounded with biodegradable polyol ester base oils, it mitigates the risk of fire during high-temperature and meets environmental responsibility based on the excellent performance for hydraulic system.
Ashless Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil Additive Package
Jeelube HP 301A is a proprietary additive formulation designed for blending ashless anti-wear hydraulic oils, meeting the specifications of various corresponding common hydraulic oil standards. It offers excellent anti-wear, corrosion protection, and antioxidant properties. The product also contains demulsifiers and anti-foam additives. The recommended treat rate is 0.6%.
Jeelube HP 302M is a high-quality zinc-containing hydraulic oil additive package. At a treat rate of 0.8% (by weight), it provides excellent anti-wear, corrosion protection, and antioxidant properties. Hydraulic oils formulated with Jeelube HP 302M deliver outstanding thermal stability (meeting Cincinnati Machine P-68/P-69/P-70 specifications), hydrolytic stability (conforming to ASTM D2619 HF-0 requirements), and excellent filterability even when using extremely fine filters (conforming to ISO 13357 Part 1 – Wet Filtration and Part 2 – Dry Filtration standards).
