UreaSyn220 is a high-performance fully synthetic grease specially designed for extreme high-temperature conditions. This product uses a fully synthetic base oil system and is thickened with polyurea. The formula is scientifically coordinated to address high-temperature lubrication challenges faced by industries such as steel, paper, printing and dyeing, and packaging, including continuous casting and rolling machines and high-temperature oven bearings. The product has good starting performance at -30°C, can withstand short-term working temperatures up to 250°C, effectively resists oxidation, hardening, and loss at high temperatures, and provides long-lasting, reliable lubrication protection for high-temperature bearings, significantly extending maintenance intervals.
