Jeelube COOL 600 EMU is a low-mineral-oil-content, water-soluble semi-synthetic cutting fluid, specifically designed for a wide range of machining operations on cast iron, carbon steel, and ferrous metal alloys. The product forms a clear, transparent, and long-term stable emulsion with water. It is free from chlorine, zinc, and heavy metals.

• Strong hard-water resistance; the product remains stable even in hard water with a hardness of up to 1000 ppm CaCO₃/L.

• Jeelube COOL 600 EMU can be used in a variety of machining operations, such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring, threading, and grinding;

• Recommended concentration: Grinding: 3–4%; General machining: 4–7%; Difficult machining: 7–12%.
