This product is a composite emulsifier package compounded with anionic and non‑ionic emulsifiers, rust inhibitors and high‑performance additives. It is specially designed for formulating paraffinic mineral‑oil‑based soluble cutting fluids. Its high‑performance additive system ensures highly stable generated emulsions and delivers outstanding rust protection performance.

• Excellent rust protection, effectively protecting workpieces of steel, low‑alloy steel and medium‑alloy steel, achieving rust‑resistance rating Grade 0 per DIN 51360‑2 standard.

• Wide process adaptability, suitable for common machining operations including turning, milling, boring and thread cutting.

• Good emulsion stability, strong resistance to bacterial degradation and long service life.

• Favourable low‑foam property and good water compatibility; maintains low foaming tendency even in hard‑water conditions.

• Excellent wetting performance to keep tool and workpiece surfaces clean.

• Superior compatibility: non‑damaging to machine tool paints, compatible with common sealing materials of equipment; operator‑friendly and environmentally benign.

Suitable for soluble cutting fluid systems based on paraffinic mineral base oils, especially for machining conditions of medium‑low carbon steel requiring high rust resistance and emulsion stability. Recommended for individual machine sump or central coolant systems. It can work properly in ordinary tap water and water with certain hardness (e.g. 20 °d). Do not mix with strong acids, strong alkalis or strong oxidizing agents.
