       On July 10, 2025, the 10th International Conference on Compressors and Refrigeration was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Nearly 500 experts and scholars in the compressor and refrigeration industry from more than 10 countries and regions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea gathered in the ancient city of Xi'an to share the latest industry information and discuss the new future of industry development through participating in this conference.




        The conference focused on the latest development achievements and future research directions of compressors and their systems, air conditioning and heat pumps, lubrication seals, vibration and noise reduction, material design and other related fields, and built a platform for exchanging experience and sharing information in the field of compressors and refrigeration.


       The meeting was led by Ms. Ji Chenchen, Marketing Director of Jingyi, to discuss the viscosity and friction mechanism, the characterization of different parameters of oil performance, and the comprehensive judgment of a series of test data to provide a basis for the selection of lubricating oil in heat pumps and refrigeration compressors.


       Ms. Ji Chenchen, marketing director of Jingyi, emphasized that the selection of heat pump lubricants should be combined with the operating temperature range of the system, the type of refrigerant and the structural characteristics of the compressor for multi-dimensional analysis:

The relationship between the friction coefficient and the Hersey number is drawn by the Stribeck curve test, and the lubrication state transition law of the lubricant under different working conditions is clearly presented.

The anti-wear test intuitively reflects the anti-wear ability of the lubricating oil by quantifying the degree of wear: the smaller the diameter of the wear spot in the four-ball experiment and the narrower the wear mark in the Timken experiment, indicating that the protective oil film formed by the oil under load is more stable, and the synergistic effect between the extreme pressure anti-wear additive and the base oil is better.

The viscosity and density of the lubricant are detected by dielectric constant, which can provide real-time data changes for the lubricant under different working conditions.
